The Project of Analysis the Enterprise Waste Management Regulations.

The progress and results of the current project regarding waste management regulations are as follows:1.Review and analysis of the Waste Disposal Act and related regulations. i. Reviewed the oversight coverage of Designate the Industrial of Article 2, Paragraph 1, Paragraph 2 of the Waste Disposal Act and concluded that in the interest of statutory stability there is no need for revisions at this time. ii Completed the analysis for the road width regulations for general industrial waste landfills. Completed the analysis of Methods and Facilities Standards for the Storage,Clearance and Disposal of Industrial Waste. Concluded that there is no need for revisions at this time. iii. Reviewed the feasibility of storage time limits for designated general industrial waste. Suggested to first determine the announcement process for priority waste categories. iv. Determined the definition of waste materials should be directly regulated by the Waste Disposal Act. 2.To support the proposal and implementation process of the Resource Recycling Act, analyze the key regulatory frameworks and propose improvements. i.Suggested to first define the statutes related to the circular economy before proceeding with work on the Resource Recycling Act proposal. ii.Propose to add regulations for administrative arbitration settlements in the Resource Recycling Act proposal. iii.Suggested to follow the framework set by the European Union Directive 2008/98/EC Of The European Parliament And Of The Council for the definition of the end-of-waste status. 3.Collect popular opinions, academic papers, and case studies. i.Conducted six site visits and ten expert panels. ii. Prepared 20 legal opinions.
